We are happy that so many amateur photographers have traveled and kayaked with us. Each of them tells stories in a different way. We, in turn, often look at and “re-read” them. And since Lefkada is so deep in our hearts, we can’t help but share! And it’s our favourite because it has a bit of everything – deserted beaches, so small that ships and boats don’t always reach them. There are places with wonderful pubs, not noisy and annoying, but of those Aylias. But there is ouzo! And the food, lele lele! Apart from the zazziki, Greek cuisine offers at least five other unique dishes. And did you know that the great taste of Greek moussaka comes not only from the eggplant, but from the fact that it’s made with cinnamon? And besides, there’s a reason it’s called “Greek-style zucchini”. We don’t leave out the calamari and fresh fish on purpose… they’re just kind of ungratefully taken for granted over there… We got carried away!
So Lefkada has everything, it has islands – friends, which we also get to! After all, everything we eat has to get a physical support to burn. We’re athletes people! 🤩 Lefkada has it, but one of the best things is the friends you get to see it with.
This is how Dimitar Tabakov saw the fairytale spot (and its shaggy inhabitants). With gratitude to Mitko and his lenses, we share with you, hope you feel the real emotion!
And on the way to Porto Cazqui… so famous, so big, so majestic, so blue!
We cannot hide our admiration and respect for the sea. The freedom, infinity and tranquility it brings us are hard to describe, but Mitko has managed to capture a piece of them.
It’s another to have a boat and get to places like this. Well, true, the rocks are a bit smaller than those of Porto Katsiki, but the bay is ours and the water is crystal clear and multifaceted blue!
We can’t help but pass through “Little Italy” or in other words the town of Lefkas. Quaint tavernas, small winding streets and colorful buildings, charming in their own way. We won’t mention the gelato and the zazziki… opps!
And the shaggy inhabitants – we salute them!
